You could rent a furnished condo at The Meridian for as little as 30 days to 1 year.  In the forms section there is an application you can print and fax to 702-982-5500. If you are interested in leasing a unit at the Meridian in Las Vegas for long term or if you are looking for a short term fixed lease please fill out the Meridian short term application and fax or email it. Make sure to include your dates you wish to rent and the size of the unit.

The Meridian Condos move in process is very easy and we can usually move you in within 1 day and sometime the same day.

We can take Visa, AMEX, Discover, Mastercard or checks online or you can make the payment in the office. You can click on the pay rent- deposits on this website to make your rental payment or pay the application fees.

All furnished Meridian condos come complete with high speed Internet, basic cable, all utilities, secure garage access for parking, high end furniture including everything you need to live comfortably, we even have cleaning services should you want them. Our Meridian units are located throughout the community and range from studios to 2 bedrooms with a den.  We are very professional, dedicated to complete satisfaction for all tenants and owners alike. We do business with integrity and confidentiality is a must.
